Job Description:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and confirmance to reporting and procedural standards

• Compute taxes owed and prepare sales tax returns

• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budget costs to actual costs

• Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital

• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports

• Study manufacturing overhead and calculate machine burden rates

• Review corporate inventory control procedures and count variances

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

• 3-5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

• Understanding of job costing in a manufacturing setting

• Excellent cmmunication skills
