If we have a role that's a real fit, we'll bring it to you with full context — what the team is like, what the role actually does, what the comp range really is, and what's been hard about filling it.
We help with prep, follow-up, offer conversations, and the parts of the process you wouldn't usually ask a recruiter for help with — but probably should. And we stay close through onboarding.
