Job Description:

  • Compile and maintain credit information

  • Follow up with customers on past-due balances

  • Manage account portfolios and provide customer support for any questions

  • Utilize Excel, including pivot tables, to review customer account data

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of B2B collections experience

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; experience with pivot tables and v-lookups

  • Stellar customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues or questions by researching and analyzing available data
