Job Description:
Compile and maintain credit information
Follow up with customers on past-due balances
Manage account portfolios and provide customer support for any questions
Utilize Excel, including pivot tables, to review customer account data
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of B2B collections experience
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; experience with pivot tables and v-lookups
Stellar customer service and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot customer issues or questions by researching and analyzing available data
