Bilingual Customer Service
Job Description:
Provide customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers
Make initial contact with a client and explain the service available
Process customer orders and payments
Maintain customer database; update data and make necessary changes
Encourages customers to purchase additional products
Determine/understand customers’ needs with strong objection and response handling
Manage customer queries and complaints
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
Fluency in Spanish and English
Strong customer focus
Ability to work successfully on individual and collaborative tasks
Basic computer skills; ability to learn proprietary software
