Bilingual Customer Service

Job Description:

  • Provide customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers

  • Make initial contact with a client and explain the service available

  • Process customer orders and payments

  • Maintain customer database; update data and make necessary changes

  • Encourages customers to purchase additional products

  • Determine/understand customers’ needs with strong objection and response handling

  • Manage customer queries and complaints

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English

  • Strong customer focus

  • Ability to work successfully on individual and collaborative tasks

  • Basic computer skills; ability to learn proprietary software
