Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Source new sales opportunities through effective outbound cold calling, emails and occasional inbound leads
Overcome objections, utilize value selling (product benefits) and build relationships
Understand and utilize solution selling concepts to uncover customer needs and requirements
Build book of business through generating new customers
Effectively communicate products and services, including new products and market developments
Meet monthly sales quotas
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven track record of success as an inside sales representative
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience prospecting and generating new business
Ability to understand products, customer needs and what solutions best match customers’ needs
Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills
